Refund policy

All returns are subject to approval and must meet appropriate criteria prior to processing. Please contact SePRO Corporation at 1-866-869-8521 for information in advance of return shipment. There is a 20% restocking fee associated on returned goods. Customer will be responsible for proper packaging for shipping, and all return shipping costs. All returned items must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. SePRO Corporation reserves the right to decline any returns made more than 90 days after original purchase.
